Cooking class
In this experience, perfect for both adults and children, you will be welcomed by me and my family in our country home, and through our guidance, you will learn to cook not only handmade pasta, appetizers, and traditional desserts, but also the tricks that make a difference in our culinary tradition! Relax as you discover the slow art of making pasta by hand and the value of simplicity.
If possible, depending on the season, we will pick vegetables and fruits from our garden that we will use in the cooking process.
After cooking we will eat all together enjoying the fruits of our labor and at the end of the experience, you will receive the recipes of the dishes so you can recreate them at home whenever you like!
The lesson will be conducted in English or Italian.


Dinner
During this experience, you will be able to observe a part of the food preparation and then enjoy dinner in the peacefulness of the countryside.
The menu is vegetarian and based on seasonal and local products, and depending on availability, we also use products from our garden.
The Mediterranean character and the revival of tradition are a distinctive feature of the recipes we offer.
Our goal is to make you feel at ease in an environment that we strive to make as familiar and welcoming as possible.
