Who we are
We're Angela and Agnese, mother and daughter and Cooking at Home was born in our kitchen. The idea is simple: the best dishes are made at home. We created this space for those who love cooking every day and not, even if they're not chefs, for those who find cooking a way to take care of themselves and their loved ones. Because homemade food has something others don't: it tastes of time, attention, and authenticity. Here you'll find honest recipes, simple ingredients, and a real desire to cook with you.
Our home, which has been in our family for generations, boasts olive trees, almond trees and apple, pear, cherry trees and a seasonal vegetable garden that is tended with passion and dedication.
The vegetables and fruits, always fresh, are often used during our cooking classes and dinners based on availability and season. From fresh sage to tomatoes, from zucchini to turnip greens, from figs to wild herbs. Each ingredient is grown with care, respecting the rhythms of nature.
