I’m from Rome, the beautiful Capital of Italy and I’m an interior architect. I’ve always been passionate about cooking, but I realised that this was what I wanted to do when already in Dubai I met Francesca during an English course. Day by day we understood that we were more in love with cooking than English language and we start this amazing project!! During these years I become also a proud mommy of  two beautiful kids Giovanni and Ludovica and I love to try new recipe for them

For a hot day in Dubai, I’d recommend a nice plate of Pasta with pesto, cherry tomatoes and parmesan cheese because I love pasta and I can have it everyday!!

I’m from Piemonte, from Cuneo,  to be precise, the Big Province, because it is the third largest province in Italy. When I was nineteen I moved to Emilia Romagna for university and then to Veneto for love, where I used to organize cultural events. Eventually, in 2011, I reached my husband in Dubai; here I met Cristina by chance, and together we begun to do what we really like: cooking! I like to share my passion not only for friends but for people who love our amazing traditional food.

The menu for a baking hot day in Dubai? It’s very simple: Spaghetti with tomato confit, anchovies and bread crumbs. After that, to end with something sweet and fresh, strawberry tiramisù.

I’m from Calabria that means very very south of Italy! I have recently moved to Dubai from London and in my previous life I was a management consultant, then I became a citizen of the world … but I have always been a food lover. In London I have decided to make a profession out of this passion and to dedicate my time in happily sharing my culinary expertise with others with enthusiasm. In Dubai I met Cristina and Francesca and I started collaborating with them… and here we are now!

For a summer day in Dubai, I think I'll go for a piece of Parmigiana! it doesn’t seem so refreshing food but don’t forget I’m from the south! We love eggplants…sometime even too much!
